Update Registration Information
Sometimes you find out that you entered the wrong information when you registered, or after you register your information changes (moved, changed phone numbers, etc). No problem, in most cases, you can update your own registration.
First, a couple of the cases where you can not update your own information:
- First or Last Name change – to prevent fraudulent registration swapping the first and last name fields are locked. Only the event organizer can over-write this information.
- Waivers, donations, and other merchandise are not editable.
- Update deadline passed – as the event date approaches the event organizer needs to pin down information such as shirt sizes. You can review the information you entered, but cannot edit.?Only the event organizer can over-write this information.
When you registered for your first event on EventDog we set up an account for you based on the email address you used. You can use that account to see every event for which you are registered.
Step 1: If you haven’t already, activate your account.
Step 2: Log in to your account.
Step 3: Look for the event you need to update.
Step 4: Click the pencil icon?to edit your information.
