Email us directly from your EventDog account by clicking in the top right corner on the “?”. This will give you the option to email us straight from your account.
Emailing Your Account Representative.
You can always contact your account representative too for assistance.
When emailing you account representative with a question regarding one of your customers we ask that you please do the following:
- reply to your customer that you are working on their issue
- email your account representative with your question
- Do not CC the customer
- we will respond to you and will only contact the customer if we need specific information
This will allow your account representative to best assist you. We ask that you don’t CC your customer in order to avoid confusion on who their point of contact regarding Event questions is.
