There are four status types for a participant’s registration transaction:
Paid
This is a completed transaction.
Pending
This is a transaction that is still in progress and hasn’t been paid for yet.
Warned
Same as pending, but the system has sent them the abandon chart notification reminding them they have a pending transaction.
Void
The transaction has been voided.
View Status
To view a participants transaction status, search for the participant by Clicking on the Magnifying Glass icon on the upper right hand corner of your admin account. The status will be shown in the Status column of the participant search results table.
Important Notes on Registration Status
– A Refund is not always voided. See more information on refunding HERE.
– When a registration is transferred, the original registration is voided. See more information on transfers HERE.
